With the Fall 2017 semester coming to an end, students are beginning to unwind after their finals. The Front Page took to the halls of Front Range Community College Westminster campus to find out how its students will be spending their much-deserved time off.
“This winter break I’m going to begin contacting advisors for the University of Montana Western, where I’d like to attend. Also, I just applied to work at Sweet Cow, so hopefully I’ll be eating a lot of ice cream too.”
“I plan to catch up with friends that I haven’t seen in a while. Also, I intend to watch some Netflix while practicing guitar.”
“I’ll be finishing up the fantasy novel I’m currently writing. The story is exciting, and I look forward to finalizing this draft.”
“I’ll be travelling to Kentucky on a scholarship that I received where I will be on my new college’s bowling team.
A big thank you to all of the Front Range students and faculty. Fall 2017 was both a rewarding and productive semester, full of exciting events and challenging academics. Have a safe, enjoyable winter break and stay tuned into the Front Page for updates on the Spring 2017 semester. For now, let’s celebrate with some winter fun!
